Notice: As of 2014 and for the forthcoming years, the publication frequency/periodicity of NAUN Journals is adapted to the 'continuously updated' model. What this means is that instead of being separated into issues, new papers will be added on a continuous basis, allowing a more regular flow and shorter publication times. The papers will appear in reverse order, therefore the most recent one will be on top.

Abstract: The output power of a wind turbine is the most critical variable reflecting the operating status of the turbine. To improve the interpretability of the prediction model, a segmented output power method based on wind energy utilization coefficient is established. First, the wind energy conversion system of the wind turbine is given, and the SCADA data of a wind turbine is visually analyzed. Then it is proposed to separate the data into three groups according to different operating regions of wind turbines: the Maximum Power Point Tracking region, the rotator speed control region, and the power control region. In the Maximum Power Point Tracking region, wind energy utilization coefficient is found by a fitted cubic polynomial of the tip speed ratio. In the rotator speed control region, a modeling method for determining wind energy utilization coefficient through dynamic labels is designed. In the power control region, the output power is kept at the rated value. Finally, the 3 models are connected so that time-series data can be handled. The SCADA data of a 2.1MW wind turbine is used to verify the above models. The performance of these models is given in the form of Root Mean Square Error, indicating that the output power predicted by this method has good accuracy. The segmented output power model based on wind energy utilization coefficient can simulate the operation process of wind turbines, and has good accuracy and interpretability.

Abstract: Environmental monitoring requires an analysis of large and reliable amount of data collected through node stations distributed over a very wide area. Equipment used in such stations are often expensive that limits the amount of sensing stations to be deployed. The technology known as Wireless Sensor Networks (WNS) is a viable option to deliver low-cost sensor information. However, unpredictable issues such as interference from electromagnetic sources, damaged and unstable sensors and the landscape itself may cause the network to suffer from unstable links as well as missing and corrupted data. Therefore robust estimators are required to mitigate such effects. In this sense, the unbiased finite impulse response (UFIR) filter is used as a robust estimator for applications over WSN, especially when the process statistics are unknown. In this paper, we investigate the robustness of the distributed UFIR (dUFIR) filter with optimal consensus on estimates against missing and incorrect data. The dUFIR algorithm is tested in two different scenarios of very unstable WSN using real data. It is shown that the dUFIR filter is more suitable for real life applications requiring the robustness against missing and corrupted measurements under the unknown noise statistics.

DOI: 10.46300/9106.2021.15.37     XML

Abstract: Compared with the traditional plug-in charging system, wireless power transfer (WPT) system has the characteristics of electrical and mechanical isolation. A wireless system is proposed suitable for battery charging under misalignment or range variation, and the constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) charging are realized by the estimation of coupling coefficient. Firstly, two different operating frequencies based on SS basic compensation structure are designed to realize CC output and CV output respectively. After circuit analysis, CC and CV output cannot be achieved when the position of the secondary coil changes. To solve this issue, when the coil is under misalignment or range variations, the required system parameters are measured, and the coupling coefficient in the charging process is estimated by using the transconductance amplitude equation. Then the corresponding input voltage or working frequency is calculated and fine-tuned. Therefore, the CC and CV charge of the battery can be realized under misalignment or range variation. Finally, experimental results are presented to verify the feasibility and correctness of this method.

Abstract: This paper presents the analysis, modeling, simulation, and implementation of a high performance DC-to-AC (DC-AC) converter. The system comprises of a combination of DC power source, stress less DC-to-DC (DC-DC) voltage converter, two snubberless power switches, and control unit. The system is portable, has a two-stage input voltage transformation and amplification with no transformer and occupies less space unlike the classical two-stage inverter systems. In addition, the system produces a constant DC boosted voltage with less stress on both the source and DC storage capacitor which are not found in conventional converters. The proposed power electronic converter system produced the following results: pure sine voltage and current waveforms, total harmonic distortion (THD) of 4.294%, power output of 5740W, efficiency of 98.9%, power loss of 60W and fast dynamic response. The target areas of applications of the proposed converter are in medium and small scale industries.

Abstract: With the progress and development of multimedia image processing technology, and the rapid growth of image data, how to efficiently extract the interesting and valuable information from the huge image data, and effectively filter out the redundant data, these have become an urgent problem in the field of image processing and computer vision. In recent years, as one of the important branches of computer vision, image detection can assist and improve a series of visual processing tasks. It has been widely used in many fields, such as scene classification, visual tracking, object redirection, semantic segmentation and so on. Intelligent algorithms have strong non-linear mapping capability, data processing capacity and generalization ability. Support vector machine (SVM) by using the structural risk minimization principle constructs the optimal classification hyper-plane in the attribute space to make the classifier get the global optimum and has the expected risk meet a certain upper bound at a certain probability in the entire sample space. This paper combines SVM and artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA) for parameter optimization, builds AFSA-SVM classification model to achieve the intelligent identification of image features, and provides reliable technological means to accelerate sensing technology. The experiment result proves that AFSA-SVM has better classification accuracy and indicates that the algorithm of this paper can effectively realize the intelligent identification of image features.

Abstract: Due to the limitation of imaging equipment, the influence of transmission medium and external environment, image quality degradation will inevitably occur in the process of generation, transmission and reception. These degradation not only worsens the visual effect of the image, but also makes the image lose a lot of useful information, which seriously affects image recognition, target detection and other high-level visual analysis. Wavelet analysis can extract useful information from image signal and meanwhile its profound wavelet basis can get adapted to signals of different properties. To better apply wavelet transform into image restoration domain, this paper according to the characteristics of wavelet transform, analyzes the method to select threshold function and the relationship within and between layers of wavelet coefficients, gets a proper threshold weight coefficient and propose an adaptive weighted threshold image restoration method based on wavelet domain, which makes smaller deviation and variance between the de-noised image and the original signal. The experiment result shows that the algorithm of this paper can obtain good subjective and objective image quality and effectively retain most detailed information of the image.

Abstract: With the advancements of computer technology, image recognition technology has been more and more widely applied and feature extraction is a core problem of image recognition. In study, image recognition classifies the processed image and identifies the category it belongs to. By selecting the feature to be extracted, it measures the necessary parameters and classifies according to the result. For better recognition, it needs to conduct structural analysis and image description of the entire image and enhance image understanding through multi-object structural relationship. The essence of Radon transform is to reconstruct the original N-dimensional image in N-dimensional space according to the N-1 dimensional projection data of N-dimensional image in different directions. The Radon transform of image is to extract the feature in the transform domain and map the image space to the parameter space. This paper study the inverse problem of Radon transform of the upper semicircular curve with compact support and continuous in the support. When the center and radius of a circular curve change in a certain range, the inversion problem is unique when the Radon transform along the upper semicircle curve is known. In order to further improve the robustness and discrimination of the features extracted, given the image translation or proportional scaling and the removal of impact caused by translation and proportion, this paper has proposed an image similarity invariant feature extraction method based on Radon transform, constructed Radon moment invariant and shown the description capacity of shape feature extraction method on shape feature by getting intra-class ratio. The experiment result has shown that the method of this paper has overcome the flaws of cracks, overlapping, fuzziness and fake edges which exist when extracting features alone, it can accurately extract the corners of the digital image and has good robustness to noise. It has effectively improved the accuracy and continuity of complex image feature extraction.

Abstract: Image recognition refers to the technology which processes, analyzes and understands images with computer so as to recognize various targets and objects of different patterns. To effectively combine image recognition and intelligent algorithm can enhance the efficiency of image feature analysis, improve the detection accuracy and guarantee real-time detection. In image feature recognition, the following problems exist: the description of accurate object features, object blockage, complex and changeable scenes. Whether these problems can be effectively solved has great significance in improving the stability and robustness of object recognition algorithm. This paper takes image salience as the fundamental framework, and makes in-depth study of the problems of effective object appearance description, multi-feature fusion and multi-feature adaptive combination. Then it proposes an image multi-scale feature recognition method based on image salience and it can better locate the saliency object in the image, and more evenly highlight the salient object and significantly suppress background noises. The experiment results prove that salient region detection algorithm can better stress the entire salient image.

Abstract: In its generation, transmission and record, image signal is often interfered by various noises, which have severally affected the visual effects of images; therefore, it is a very important pre-processing step to take proper approaches to reduce noises. Conventional denoising methods have also blurred image edge information while removing noises, which can be overcome by the method based on mathematical morphology. While eliminating different noises from images, it can not only keep clear object edges, but also preserve as many image details as possible and it also has excellent capacities in noise resistance and edge preservation. With image denoising and mathematical morphology as the research subject, this paper analyzes the generation and characteristics of common image noises, studies the basic theories of mathematical morphology and its applications in image processing, discusses the method to select structural elements in mathematical morphology and proposes a filtering algorithm which combines image denoising and mathematical morphology. This method conducts morphological filtering and denoising on noised image with filter cascade and its performance is verified with stimulation testing. The experiment results prove that the approach to build the morphological filter into cascaded filter through series and parallel connection can to a certain extent, affect the effect of common filter while being applied to different image processing.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a new asynchronous method based on a Null Convention Logic (NCL) to improve power consumption for low power integrated circuits. The reason is because the NCL based designs do not use a clock, it eliminates the problems related to the clock and its power consumption reduces significantly. To show the advantages of the selected method, we propose two design models using the synchronous circuit design method, and the NCL based asynchronous circuit design method. To test these two design models conveniently, we also propose an extra automatic test model. In this study, the AES decryption is used as an example to illustrate both methods. The two above proposed AES decryption models are simulated and synthesized at the various corners by VCS and Design Compiler tool using TSMC standard cell libraries in 65nm technology. The synthesis results of the two above mentioned models indicated that the power consumption of the NCL based asynchronous circuit model is 3 times lower than that of the synchronous circuit model, and significantly improves (from 94% to 98%) compared with the results of the other authors. The processing speed of the NCL based asynchronous circuit paradigm is able to achieve a maximum speed.

Abstract: In order to effectively estimate the parameters of the frequency hopping signals under low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), a blind parameter estimation method based on the modified discrete time Wigner-Ville distribution (MDTWVD) is proposed. We choose a low order Chebyshev polynomial as the kernel function for reducing the cross-term. Then, the parameters of the frequency hopping signals are finally obtained from the MDTWVD. The simulation experiment results show that the method used in this paper can effectively and accurately estimate frequency hopping signals parameters, especially under low SNR condition compared with other estimating methods.

Abstract: In this paper, a design method of smoothing the path generated by a novel algorithm is proposed, which makes the mobile robot can more rapidly and smoothly follow the path and reach the target point. No matter the attitude vector angle is an acute angle or obtuse angle, there is no doubt that we can find the right curve, including polar polynomial curves and piecewise polynomial functions, which makes the path length and the circular arc tend to be similar and guarantees the shorter path length. In the condition of meeting the dynamic characteristics of the mobile robot, the tracking speed and quality are improved. Therefore, the symmetric polynomial curve and the piecewise polynomial function curve are used to generate a smooth path. This novel algorithm improves the path tracking accuracy and the flexibility of the mobile robot. At the same time, it expands the application range of mobile robot in structured environment.

Abstract: Based on the traditional classification of plain text in E-Commerce, this article has put forward a processing method in accordance with semi-structured data and main information in web pages, which enhances the accuracy of the product distribution. On the basis of the traditional text-mining, combined with the structure and links of web page, this article has proposed an improved web page text representation model in E-Commerce based on supporting vector machines and web text classification algorithm, but there are still a lot of shortcomings waiting for further improvement. According to the data contrast in precision ratio, recall ratio and F-measure, the effect of the improved experiment with LDF-IDF is comprehensively better than that of tf-idf. The precision rate in certain classification can reach 100%, but there is low precision rate caused by items with fewer samples or samples fuzziness. Therefore, the classification of the correct category will directly affect the effect of classification.

Abstract: Due to the randomness of wind speed and direction, the output power of wind turbine also has randomness. After large-scale wind power integration, it will bring a lot of adverse effects on the power quality of the power system, and also bring difficulties to the formulation of power system dispatching plan. In order to improve the prediction accuracy, an optimized method of wind speed prediction with support vector machine and genetic algorithm is put forward. Compared with other optimization methods, the simulation results show that the optimized genetic algorithm not only has good convergence speed, but also can find more suitable parameters for data samples. When the data is updated according to time series, the optimization range of vaccine and parameters is adaptively adjusted and updated. Therefore, as a new optimization method, the optimization method has certain theoretical significance and practical application value, and can be applied to other time series prediction models.

Abstract: Mechanical resonance and high-frequency vibration caused by the external environment will not only affect the performance of vehicles, ships and machinery, but also cause serious harm to human health. In order to pursue higher ride comfort and reduce the adverse effects on the operator when operating the equipment, the shock absorbers are widely used in aircraft, vehicles and other vehicles or precision machinery. The automatic control of the hysteresis power system of the shock absorber is one of the key tasks in the design and application of the shock absorber. With the development and maturity of mechanical automation technology, PLC control technology has been applied in shock absorbers, but PLC control technology is difficult to achieve the requirements of hysteretic control of shock absorbers in the system precision control. Therefore, a novel algorithm for dynamic control system of hysteretic power of shock absorber is presented. The simulation results show that the control system can effectively improve the control accuracy, and the hysteresis output power of the system is closer to the ideal value.

Abstract: This paper presents a technique to digitally control the output voltage of a DC-DC converter via a microcontroller. The voltage regulation and controlling were achieved utilizing an LM2596 buck converter. A digital potentiometer MCP41050 is utilized to smoothly control the regulated output DC voltage via the SPI digital protocol. The proposed design is manufactured and tested for various loads. This device is considered as a step-down voltage regulator capable of driving 3A load with high efficiency, excellent linearity, source-voltage variation, and load regulation. The results show that the system can control the output voltage with satisfactory performance and high accuracy. With various loads, the proposed system shows a mean square error of 0.015±0.037 volts tested with a regulated voltage of 5 volts. The efficiency improves from about 80% to around 91% at a 1 kΩ load. This design eliminates the possible errors that arise when manually varying the voltage of the buck converter; by means of using a microcontroller. Such a system ensures a proper digitally controlled output voltage with a better performance, which can be applied in various applications.

Abstract: In general, most of the current augmented reality systems can combine 3D virtual scenes with live reality, and users usually interact with 3D objects of the augmented reality (AR) system through image recognition. Although the image-recognition technology has matured enough to allow users to interact with the system, the interaction process is usually limited by the number of patterns used to identify the image. It is not convenient to handle. To provide a more flexible interactive manipulation mode, this study imports the speech-recognition mechanism that allows users to operate 3D objects in an AR system simply by speech. In terms of implementation, the program uses Unity3D as the main development environment and the AR e-Desk as the main development platform. The AR e-Desk interacts through the identification mechanism of the reacTIVision and its markers. We use Unity3D to build the required 3D virtual scenes and objects in the AR e-Desk and import the Google Cloud Speech suite to the AR e-Desk system to develop the speech-interaction mechanism. Then, the intelligent AR system is developed.

Abstract: Electroencephalogram (EEG) is a signal of an electrical nature reflecting the neuronal activities of the brain. It is used for the diagnosis of certain cerebral pathologies. However, it becomes more difficult to identify and analyze it when it is corrupted by artifacts of non-cerebral origin such as eye movements, cardiac activities ..., therefore, it is essential to remove these parasitic signals. In literature, there are different techniques for removing artifacts. This paper proposes and discusses a new EEG de-noising technique, based on a combination of wavelet transforms and conventional filters. The results of the proposed method are evaluated using three common criteria: signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR), mean square error (MSE) and cross correletion function (CCF). These experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach can be an effective tool for removing artifact without suppression of any signal components.

Abstract: This paper presents a method of underwater acoustic localization in reverberant environments. Time difference of arrival (TDOA) measurement algorithm is a key technology for estimating direction of arrival (DOA) of an underwater sound source. In strong multipath interference, the pseudo-peaks in a correlation function disturb the detection of a correct time position and lead to a large TDOA measurement error. The proposed algorithm computes a time difference by taking cross-correlation of two impulse responses and improves robustness to multipath interference. The comparison of TDOA algorithms is done by evaluating the position accuracy of underwater sound source in both simulation and experiment.

Abstract: Monitoring the battery state is of great importance for the safety and normal of the systems which are powered by batteries. SOC (State of Charge) is one of the most important state parameters of battery. SOC cannot be measured directly. The Kalman filter algorithm is one of the techniques often applied to estimate SOC value. An accurate model is necessary for this algorithm. In this paper, a general SOC model is set up. It takes into account not only the difference between discharging and charging work conditions, but also the influence of the working atmosphere, such as temperature and discharging rate. Then based on this general model, unscented Kalman filter method is used to predict the SOC value. It can avoid the error which is caused by ignoring high-order terms, which is a shortcoming exist in the extended Kalman filter method. The simulation experiments prove the approach can get satisfactory results even when the measurement data is mixed with noise or the initial SOC value is not accurate.

Abstract: We propose a supervised method based on robust non-negative matrix factorization (RNMF) for music signal separation with β-divergence called supervised robust non-negative matrix factorization (SRNMF). Although RNMF method is an effective method for separating music signals, its separation performance degrades due to has no prior knowledge. To address this problem, in this paper, we develop SRNMF that unifying the robustness of RNMF and the prior knowledge to improve such separation performance on instrumental sound signals (e.g., piano, oboe and trombone). Application to the observed instrumental sound signals is an effective strategy by extracting the spectral bases of training sequences by using RNMF. In addition, β-divergence based on SRNMF be extended. The results obtained from our experiments on instrumental sound signals are promising for music signal separation. The proposed method achieves better separation performance than the conventional methods.

Abstract: With the rapid development of vehicle communication and the goal of self-driving vehicle, research in this area is still ongoing, as car companies aspire for more studies and effective communication methods between vehicles. In this research, we have developed an intelligent, innovative and fully integrated multi agent model, which is used for vehicle-to-vehicle communications. The developed model is supported by an intelligent system based on a Nonlinear External Neural Network (NARX) and signal estimation theory. The system is built using real vehicles sensors, Arduino, GSM and RF technologies. The system is tested by applying different scenarios and observing vehicle behaviors. The results show that the smart system is able to make the appropriate decision based on both the vehicle's current condition and sensor readings. The developed system is able to operate effectively in a noisy environment in an excellent manner.

Abstract: Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) system commonly compensates by a symmetric pair of inductor and capacitor on the primary-secondary circuits to use the idea of resonance. It should be noticed that an additional component compensation on the common WPT circuit is able to affect the power transferred to the load. Although it is useful to wirelessly transfer power to multiple receivers, the complexity of the system will increase with the number of receivers as well as the system loses symmetry, and then, it would be difficult to design high power transfer system. This study explores the WPT circuit compensated with a single capacitor in the primary side to transfer high power to dual receivers. Using a single capacitor on the primary side makes the circuit asymmetry, so the idea of resonance cannot be used. To find operating points that maximize transferred power, this paper uses a mathematical optimization technique with several design variables. The NSGA-II (Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II) is used to optimize the design variables of the mathematical system model. The results show that the proposed system is able to attain high power even though using only a single capacitor compensation without the idea of resonance.

Abstract: Multiple variable systems often have to be so controlled that in the lack of appropriate sensors no satisfactory information is available for the complete estimation of their state variables. Normally only their certain components are kept under observation and control, while the other ones evolve according to the consequences of the exerted control signal. In control-based treatment of patients suffering from "Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1DM)", the only directly measured quantity is the subcutaneous glucose concentration in the blood controlled by a single control signal, the insulin ingress rate. The applied model may use several components in the state variable. The traditional "Receding Horizon Controller (RHC)" requires the estimation of the complete state variable for the calculation of the control signal. In this paper preliminary simulations are persented in which the operation of the RHC is studied in the control of two vertically connected, oscillating masspoints so coupled by springs that only the state of the upper one is observed and directly controlled. Instead sensor-based observations, the lower point’s coordinate is calculated by the use of an available "rough" model. Preliminary calculations were made for a particular human glucose-insulin model, too. In the implementation of the RHC special simplifications were introduced. In our further work we wish to apply this method for investigating various T1DM treatment models.

Abstract: The purpose of image motion deblur is to recover the underlying clear image from the corresponding blur image. In most traditional methods, the image recovery task is formulated as a problem of blur core estimation and use a priori to calculate. In this paper we proposes a generative adversarial network(GAN) model based on the mobilenet-V3 network structure to meet the needs of motion blurred image recovery on mobile devices. Based on traditional evaluation indicators, we propose a new evaluation metric on mobile device. Extensive experiments show that our method is superior to the competing methods.

Abstract: Recent advancements in internet technology and the infrastructure have attracted more people and organizations to do everything online. Internet technologies have provided amazing and smooth ease for electronic sales and purchases. However, many people have refused to use these internet technologies in electronic purchases because of unstable and insecure forms. New hacking techniques and new types of attacks have been tackled to make these internet technologies better and safer. Smartcard-based password authentication schemes have been the mainstream in recent years, featuring their highly lightweight, easy-to-use equipment and low-cost apps. Various secure and faster authentication schemes have been proposed in the literature. However, most of the existing authentication schemes have found vulnerable to recent attacks and have security flaws. This paper provides and efficient way for authentication using the partial discrete logarithm and sub-tree structure. The proposed scheme has seen effective and more useful in cloud computing environment. The analysis based on the security and the computational cost shows that the proposed authentication scheme proves to be more secure and efficient compared to other protocols that serve the same purposes.

Title of the Paper: On Adaptive Haar Approximations of Random Flows

Authors: Yuri K. Demyanovich

Pages: 72-79

DOI: 10.46300/9106.2021.15.9     XML

Abstract: The adaptive approximations for some characteristic of random functions defined on arbitrary irregular grids are discussed in this paper. The mentioned functions can be examined as flows of random real values associated with an irregular grid. This paper considers the question of choosing an adaptive enlargement of the initial grid. The mentioned enlargement essentially depends on the formulation of the criterion in relation to which adaptability is considered. Several criteria are considered here, among which there are several criteria applicable to the processing of random flows. In particular, the criteria corresponding to the mathematical expectation, dispersion, as well as autocorrelation and cross-correlation of two random flows are considered. It is possible to consider criteria corresponding to various combinations of the mentioned characteristics. The number of knots of the initial (generally speaking, irregular) grid can be arbitrary, and the main grid can be any subset of the initial one. Decomposition algorithms are proposed, taking into account the nature of the changes in the initial flow. The number of arithmetic operations in the proposed algorithms is proportional to the length of the initial flow. Sequential processing of the initial flow is possible in real time.

Abstract: Differential Amplifier is a primary building block of analog and mixed signal circuit for pre-processing and signal conditioning of analog signal. FINFET devices with high-k gate oxide at 22nm technology are predominantly used for high speed and low power complex VLSI circuits. FINFET based differential amplifiers are widely used in ADC’s and signal Processing applications due to their advantages in terms of power dissipation. Analog front end of complex VLSI circuits need to offer high gain, higher stability and low noise figure. Designing of FINFET based VLSI sub-circuits requires proper design procedure that can provide designers flexibility in controlling the circuit performances. In this paper, differential amplifier is designed using model parameters of high-k FINFET in 22nm technology. The conventional procedures for designing MOSFET based differential amplifier are modified for designing FINFET based differential amplifier. Schematic capture is carried out in Cadence environment and simulations are obtained considering 22nm FINFET PDK. The performance metrics are evaluated and optimized considering multiple iterations. The designed differential amplifier has slew rate of 6V/µSec and settling time of 0.9 µSec which is a desired metric for ADCs. Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) is 83 dB and dynamic range is 1.6754 V. Open loop DC gain of DA is achieved to be 103 dB with phase margin of 630 that demonstrates the advantages of DA designed in this work suitable for analog front end

Abstract: A major problem of counting high-density crowded scenes is the lack of flexibility and robustness exhibited by existing methods, and almost all recent state-of-the-art methods only show good performance in estimation errors and density map quality for select datasets. The biggest challenge faced by these methods is the analysis of similar features between the crowd and background, as well as overlaps between individuals. Hence, we propose a light and easy-to-train network for congestion cognition based on dilated convolution, which can exponentially enlarge the receptive field, preserve original resolution, and generate a high-quality density map. With the dilated convolutional layers, the counting accuracy can be enhanced as the feature map keeps its original resolution. By removing fully-connected layers, the network architecture becomes more concise, thereby reducing resource consumption significantly. The flexibility and robustness improvements of the proposed network compared to previous methods were validated using the variance of data size and different overlap levels of existing open source datasets. Experimental results showed that the proposed network is suitable for transfer learning on different datasets and enhances crowd counting in highly congested scenes. Therefore, the network is expected to have broader applications, for example in Internet of Things and portable devices.

Abstract: This paper proposes an extension of robust principal component analysis (RPCA) with weighted values for monaural singing voice separation.Although the conventional RPCA is an e ective method to separate singing voice and music accompaniment from the mixted audio sig- nal, it fails when one singular value is much larger than all others. For example, drums may lie in the sparse subspace instead of being lowrank, which lead that the separation performance is decreased in many real world applications, espe- cially for drums existing in the mixture music sig- nal. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, we utilize di erent weighted values between sparse (singing voice) and low-rank matrices (music ac- companiment). Evaluation results on ccMixter and DSD100 datasets show that the proposed method achieves better separation performance than the conventional RPCA.

Abstract: Because of the limited energy of wireless sensor nodes, the energy loss of communication process affects network performance. In order to prolong the network lifetime and combine the fast ergodicity of the quantum particle swarm, this paper proposes a wireless network routing optimization method to improve the quantum particle swarm, aiming at the leach problem of the wireless sensor network WSN Classic Clustering protocol. The optimal routing speed is accelerated, and the optimal routing and energy consumption of the network are balanced as far as possible, and adjust the parameters of the cluster head election threshold to obtain the most suitable clustering structure for the current environment adaptively, so as to balance the network energy consumption and improve the network life. The experimental results show that compared with the LEACH-EP protocol, GA and PSO, the proposed protocol has better performance in network lifetime and network latency

Abstract: Simulation analysis plays an important role in Systems Theory nowadays. In order to reveal the mechanism of space charge injection and generation in the process of liquid dielectric breakdown, the discharge of transformer oil between needle-plane electrodes under high electric field is studied. Based on the 2-D hydrodynamic model and Poisson equation of electric field, the system simulation model of oil discharge by different charge generation mechanism is established, based on which the inception and propagation process of discharge is simulated by COMSOL. By system simulation, the temporal and spatial distribution of the electric field intensity, space charge density, electric potential and temperature of transformer oil is obtained and deeply analyzed. The simulation results prove that the space charge generated by metal field emission and ionic disassociation are neither of the major factor for streamer formation in transformer oil, while the Zener molecular ionization and impact ionization are the major factors. Our research improves the understanding of the inception, propagation and breakdown process for discharge in transformer oil, and also the ionization mechanism in the liquid dielectric.

Abstract: In this paper we consider all possible dependencies that can be built upon similarity-based fuzzy relations, that is, fuzzy functional and fuzzy multivalued dependencies. Motivated by the fact that the classical obtaining of new dependencies via inference rules may be tedious and uncertain, we replace it by the automated one, where the key role is played by the resolution principle techniques and the fuzzy formulas in place of fuzzy dependencies. We prove that some fuzzy multivalued dependency is actively correct with respect to given fuzzy relation instance if and only if the corresponding fuzzy formula is in line with the attached interpretation. Additionally, we require the tuples of the instance to be conformant (up to some extent) on the leading set of attributes. The equivalence as well as the conclusion are generalized to sets of attributes. The research is conducted by representing the attributes and fuzzy dependencies in the form of fuzzy formulas, and the application of fuzzy implication operators derived from carefully selected Frank’s classes of additive generators.

Abstract: In recent years, one of the most important factors in road accidents is the drowsiness of drivers and the distraction while driving. In this paper, we describe a system that monitors the detection of fatigue or drowsiness. The proposed solutions follow the driver's gaze, and if the system identifies the closed eyes, it triggers an alarm signal intended to alert against losing control of the car and causing traffic accidents.Eye-tracking is the process that measuring the eye position and eye movement. The proposed method is structured in three phases. In the first phase, eye images are captured at constant time intervals and converted into grayscale images. In the second phase these images are fed to Haar algorithm to identify the driver eyes.In the third phase, based on the previous phase the system can now take action to continue monitoring or trigger alarm to alert the driver if the drowsiness has been detected.
